Natalie Brooks, MA, LMFT, RYT  is a licensed psychotherapist and the founder of Mindwell. Her work blends traditional psychology, neuroscience, and yoga science to help people heal and transform deeply rooted patterns affecting physical, mental, and emotional health. 

 

Through over two decades of research and experience, she has developed a comprehensive framework including Somatic Mentalizing and Affect Regulation Therapy (SMART).  Her approach guides clients to greater psychological freedom through deepening their connection with the body, mind, and soul. A leading voice in  Los Angeles Mentalization-based Therapy (MBT), she has helped hundreds of clients recover from chronic depression, eating disorders, and complex trauma.
