Natalie Brooks, MA, LMFT

Natalie is the founder of Mindwell. She has practiced psychotherapy for over 18 years and specializes in Mentalization Based Therapy as well as depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. She holds certifications in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, Dialectical Based Therapy, and Mentalization Based Therapy. 

Natalie played a vital role in developing outpatient treatment programs for students with borderline personality disorder at the University of California, Los Angeles. Throughout her extensive career she has worked with people struggling with chronic depression, anxiety and eating disorders. She believes that mental health is vital to the fabric of all communities and that there is strength in asking for help.

Natalie holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees from University of Southern California, Los Angeles.

Priscilla Ho, MA, LMFT

Priscilla Ho, MA, LMFT

Priscilla is a psychotherapist specializing in EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for trauma, anxiety, and panic disorders. She has worked with patients to address grief, identity, eating disorders, depression, and self harm. Priscilla is fluent in Cantonese and finds watching her clients progress to be the most rewarding part of her career. Her mission as a therapist is to overcome  the stigma of mental health disorders accross cultures by creating a safe space to explore one’s own values and beliefs.
